Project Description & General Information

The Dickinson Park Drain Repair and Sewer Service Project is scheduled to begin on December 17, 2024. Kalin Construction is the awarded contractor for this project.

The project is located in the southern most part of Dickinson park.  The primary purpose of the project is to repair a failed storm sewer that is causing erosion of a slope near St. Joseph High School as well as to install a sanitary sewer lateral for a future restroom to be built as part of a future project.  While a section of the sanitary sewer service is being installed a section of Granada Ave will be closed at Lakeview Ave.  

The majority of the work is expected to be completed by January 10th, 2025 but some restoration work will likely take place later in the spring.
