Tiscornia & Paddler Park Master Plan Process

Park Master Plans for Tiscornia Beach and Paddler Park are being developed.  Conceptual information was presented at a public input session on January 19, 2023, and may be viewed in the link below. 

The input received during this session was reviewed by the design consultant, and presented to the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, and draft conceptual plans were provided to the Board during its April regular meeting.  The Board heard additional comment at this time and plans to digest these drafts and public input and discuss the matter further during subsequent meetings in order to provide further guidance to the consultants.  

The Board recommended a plan for Paddler Park in June 2023, and a plan for Tiscornia Beach in September 2023.  Both plans are scheduled to be reviewed and considered by the City Commission at its October 9, 2023, regular meeting.
