Water Billing Cycles
Billing for water and sewer services are completed quarterly depending on where the property is located. The bill is mailed or emailed the 1st of the month and is due on the 21st of that month. Below are the four quarterly billing schedules:

In all cases, the bill is due on the 21st of the month (or the next business day, if it falls on a weekend or holiday). A 10% penalty is assessed on the current water and sewer charges for bills paid after the due date.
To view your account payment and usage history, click on the "Pay My Bill" link on the left. Then choose "Utility Bills- Online payment". Enter your account number and hit "search". This gives you the payment screen (bottom right of screen is where you enter amount you would like to pay and click "make payment"). If you would like more information, you can choose the "View additional account information" button in the middle of the screen. This will show your account history and the amount due.
