Date/Time:  Friday, October 4, 2024 at 9 a.m. Bids must be received in the office of The St. Joseph Housing Commission no later than 8:59 a.m. on October 4, 2024. Bids will be opened promptly at 9 a.m.

Bids should contain the name and contact information of the bidder, along with the amount of the bid. The outside of the sealed envelope should be marked clearly “UTV Bid”

Condition: This equipment was purchased new in October of 2022 and has only 26 miles.

Terms: This auction is for the sale of used equipment and will be sold “AS IS” without any warranty or guarantees. The Highest bidder will be notified by telephone following the opening of the sealed bids. Payment in the form of a cashier’s check or money order is due within five (5) business days of the close of the auction. In the event of duplicate winning bids, the bidders will be contacted to submit new bids.
