The St. Joseph Housing Commission is seeking proposals from qualified firms duly licensed to perform auditing services in the State of Michigan. Scope of Work and Proposal Submission requirements may be obtained from the St. Joseph Housing Commission Administrative Office located at 601 Port St., St. Joseph, Michigan 49085 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. or on the City of St. Joseph website at www.sjcity.com.

Proposals are due by Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 3:00 PM. Interested firms must submit an original proposal via certified mail, hand delivered to the administrative office or emailed to executivedir@stjosephhousingcommission.org with SJHC Audit Services in the subject line by the due date and time.

The St. Joseph Housing Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding and/or to accept the bid or bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
