The St. Joseph Housing Commission is seeking proposals from legal firms to provide a variety of legal services (including eviction/housing and general legal counsel) on an as-needed basis for the next three to five years.  The RFP may be obtained from the St. Joseph Housing Commission Administrative Office located at 601 Port St., St. Joseph, Michigan 49085 between the hours of 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. or on the City of St. Joseph website at www.sjcity.com.

Proposals are due by Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 3:00 PM, and must be emailed to executivedir@stjosephhousingcommssion.org with the subject line as SJHC Legal Services.

The St. Joseph Housing Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding and/or to accept the bid or bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
