Public Notice of the St. Joseph Housing Commission

The St. Joseph Housing Commission has developed the draft revision of fiscal year 2025 Annual PHA Plan; in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 and applicable regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The revision was done to utilize HUD approved vacant status for modernization work required. The form is available for public review for a period of not less than 45 days at the City of St. Joseph website www.sjcity.com and at the PHA’s administration office located at 601 Port Street, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085. The Commission's hours of operation are Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1:30 to 3 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. to Noon. The comment period will end, Sunday, June 8^th, 2025.
