Tax Increment Revenues, Tax Increment Financing and Development Plan

The City of St. Joseph Downtown Development Authority is currently not capturing any tax increment revenues as part of Tax Increment Finance (TIF) district and does not have a Tax Increment Finance Plan.

However, the City is currently exploring the adoption of a DDA TIF.  The proposed Development Plan and budget materials for this can be found below.
