Pay My Bill

In addition to cash payments accepted at City Hall during normal business hours, the City also accepts check payments at City Hall or through the mail.  Credit card payments are accepted, however, there is a convenience fee for these third-party payment services. Payments paid through BS&A Payments (credit card) via online, text, phone or counter will have a 2.80% + $.50 fee applied.  All payments made with cash or check incur zero fees. The City ACH process is only available for water bill payments, and has zero fees.
