Would you like to make $125 for working one 9-10-hour day with dinner provided?

There is an additional $30 pay for attending a one-hour mandatory training class.  We need 2-3 people to work on our Absent Voter Counting Board on Tuesday March 10 from noon until 9 p.m. (or when finished).

Our Absent Voter Counting Board is sequestered from the start until they have finished (approximately noon until 9 pm). There is no public allowed in the counting board and No cell phones are allowed to be used in the counting board. There is an application to fill out as well as w-4 forms, direct deposit and an I 9 form.  You would have to attend a training on February 24th at 3:45 at Benton Charter Township, which will last about an hour.  You must be a registered voter to work the elections.  The location of our counting board is at the Maud Preston Public Library at 500 Market Street in St. Joseph.

The pay for both the training and the election day will be paid together on the next pay period that the City has following the election.
