West Basin Marina Utility Replacement Project

The City of Saint Joseph Recreational Harbor Authority (RHA) is requesting bids for replacing electrical and water utilities at West Basin Marina. Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 p.m. EST, August 5, 2024, at the West Basin Marina Office, 273 Marina Drive, St. Joseph, MI, 49085.  Please contact Colin Hassenger PE at chassenger@edgewaterresources.com or visit the Edgewater Resources office for project information.  The contract documents are on file for inspection at the office of Edgewater Resources LLC, 518 Broad St, STE 200, St. Joseph, MI, 49085.  Hard copies may be obtained from the office for a non-refundable fee of $75 for each set of contract documents, a digital copy is available free of charge by emailing chassenger@edgewaterresources.com.
