Dandelions are out of control this year and there are times when the only way to get rid of a stubborn weed is to treat it with an herbicide.

Please be advised that, weather permitting, city staff plans to apply herbicide to Lake Bluff Park on the morning of May 19th. It is recommended to keep your dogs and children away from the area while spraying is taking place and until the grass is dried.
