Whirlpool Compass Fountain Hours for October
The Whirlpool Compass Fountain is free, open to the public, and the hours of operation throughout October will include every day from noon - 2 p.m. and 5 - 9 p.m. until mid-month when the Fountain will be drained for the winter.

Most bills regarding the City of St. Joseph are handled through the Finance Department. These include, but are not limited to: real property taxes, license and permit fees, penal fines, parking tickets, water bills, and other fees for service.
